All the players of team played very well and co-ordinated well with each and played fairly.

Things to do immediately after knee injury
1) R- rest your knees
2) I -ice apply to your knees 10 to 15 minutes 3-4 times a reduce swelling ,pain and inflammation.
3) C- control the swelling with elastic bandage applying around injured knee.
4) E- elevate your knees while sleeping.
5) Avoid putting more weight on your injured knee.
6) practice stretching and strengthening exercises of knee recommended to you by your physiotherapist.


ડીઝાઇનર હેન્ડબેગ લેતા પહેલા શું ધ્યાન રાખવુ જોઈએ?
1)બેગ આપણા શરીર ના બાંધા પ્રમાણે પસંદ કરવી જોઈએ.
2) હલકા વજન વાળી નાની બેગ પસંદ કરવી જોઈએ. મોટી બેગ પસંદ ન કરવી ,જેટલી મોટી બેગ હશે એટલુ વજન વઘી જશે.
3) બેગ મજબૂત અને પહોળા પટ્ટા વાળી તથા ખભા અને કોણી બંને પટ્ટા હોય એવી બેગ પસંદ કરવી કે જેથી બેગ વરાફરતી બદલી શકાઈ.
4)બેગ આપણી મૂવમેન્ટ મા નળે નહીં એવી હોવી જોઈએ.એટલે બહુ લાંબા પટ્ટા વાળી બેગ પસંદ ના કરવી.
5) વઘારે વજન બેગમાં લેવુ હોય તો પીઠ પર રહી શકે એવી કે વ્હીલ વાળી બેગ પસંદ કરવી.
વજન વાડી બેગ ગરદન અને કમર ને શુ નુકશાન કરી શકે છે?
1)સતત માથું દુખવું
2)હાથ માં ખાલી ચડવી કે ખોટા જેવો લાગવો
3)ચામડી માં બળતરા કે લાલ થઈ જવી.
4)ખભો એક બાજુ નમી જવો.
5)કમર માં દુખાવો થવો.
હેન્ડબેગ વાપરતી વખતે શું ઘ્યાન રાખવું જોઈએ?
1)બેગ માં વજન બોડી ના 10 માં ભાગ જેટલું કે એથી ઓછું હોવું જોઈએ.
2)બેગ બંને ખભા પર વારા ફરતી ફેરવવું જોઈએ.
3)બેગ વાંકા વળી કે એકબાજુ નમી ને ન ઉપાડવું.
4)બેગ માં વજનવાડી વસ્તુ નીચે અને ઉપર હળવી વસ્તુ રાખવી.
5)ચાલતી વખતે બેગ શરીર થી નજીક રાખવું જોઈએ.
